Eligibility for an Exchange
You can request an exchange under the following circumstances:
- The product arrived damaged, defective, or not as described
- The size received does not match the size specified on the website
- The color doesn't match what was ordered
- The wrong product was shipped
- Attar is not eligible for exchange
- You reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order
Getting Started with an Exchange
Reaching us is easy. Choose whichever channel works best for you:

To help us process things quickly, please have your Order ID ready, describe the issue clearly, and attach a photo or video if the situation calls for it.
What Happens Next
Once we've reviewed and approved your request:
- We will send the exchange parcel via Cash on Delivery (COD). Our delivery agent will collect the original product from the customer and send us a photo for confirmation. Once confirmed, we will instruct the delivery agent to proceed with the exchange.
- If a customer reaches out within 3 days and willingly wishes to exchange the product for personal reasons (and not due to an error on our part), the customer will be required to pay the delivery charge based on our standard delivery rate.
If the error is on our part, or if there's an issue with the product, we will process the exchange with free delivery.
A Few Conditions to Keep in Mind
For an exchange to go through smoothly, the product should:
- Remain unused and stay in its original packaging
- Come with all original tags, accessories, and included extras
- Not show signs of damage caused by misuse (this isn't covered)
